As a freelance designer for ESSENTIAL in Boston I developed design concepts and CMF ideas for Polaroid printers.

Polaroid’s revolutionary printing technology demanded eye catching product colorways and CMF ideas. Mood boards drove the brand message forward and true-to-life appearance models were the deliverables from the Essential team.

Thermal print engines allowed the finished media to be presented in ways impractical using traditional ink jet technology. Some of my concepts leveraged this capability by presenting finished images vertically, or by squeezing the internal architecture down into a highly portable form factor.
