At Hanser Music Group I Managed end-to-end product development for Fender Musical Instruments electronics lines, ensuring strict compliance with premium brand guidelines and quality benchmarks.

I was in charge of developing industrial design concepts, managing the prototyping effort, and overseeing product launches for new product development of complete amplifier and speaker lines for Fender. This included sketches, renderings, production-ready 3D modeling of custom components, organizing meetings and reviews, travel to corporate headquarters and China factory visits.

Initial sketches, renderings, 3D concept models and UI panels drove decision making in a fast paced development timeline.

Working prototypes delivered on time for design reviews and lifestyle photography were instrumental in the project’s success.
